WORKING PROCESS:
- We source the material from the reputed steel mills confirming to our material standards and quality requirements.
- All the material supplies are accompanied with test certificates from steel mills indicating the process flow, heat code, material grade, chemical composition and all the mechanical parameters.
- We cut the test piece from the same lot and get it verified from NABL accredited laboratory as an additional check. Same heat code is carried on the test certificates from the laboratory.
- Once the material is put to use, the heat code traceability is carried further to all the relevant documents like in process inspection reports.
- Once the machining process is completed, the heat code alongwith job serial number is punched on the component with the use of computerized dot pinning machine.
- The components are checked for quality and readings are inputted in pre dispatch inspection reports.
- Rust preventive oil is applied wherever required and components are packed inside VCI bags and exports worthy wooden pallets are used for the shipments. These wooden cases are duly fumigated.
